NixOS vulnerability analysis and mitigation

CVE-2021-0522 is a vulnerability discovered in Android's ConnectionHandler::SdpCb component of connection_handler.cc. The vulnerability was identified and reported in November 2020, affecting multiple Android versions including Android 9, 10, and 11. The vulnerability exists in the ConnectionHandler::SdpCb component of connection_handler.cc, manifesting as an out-of-bounds read vulnerability due to a use-after-free condition.
