NixOS vulnerability analysis and mitigation

The vulnerability CVE-2022-21255 affects Oracle Configurator, a component of Oracle E-Business Suite, versions 12.2.3-12.2.11. This vulnerability was disclosed in January 2022 and allows low privileged attackers with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Configurator (Oracle Advisory).
