NixOS vulnerability analysis and mitigation

CVE-2024-0016 is a security vulnerability affecting Android's Bluetooth module. The vulnerability was discovered in multiple locations where there is a possible out-of-bounds read due to missing bounds checks. This issue affects Android versions 11.0 through 14.0.
