IrfanView vulnerability analysis and mitigation

IrfanView JPM File Parsing Out-Of-Bounds Write Remote Code Execution Vulnerability (CVE-2024-11515) was discovered and disclosed on November 21st, 2024. This vulnerability affects IrfanView installations, specifically version 4.67 for both x64 and x86 architectures.
