CVE-2024-47340: 
WordPress vulnerability analysis and mitigation

A Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability was discovered in PickPlugins Post Grid and Gutenberg Blocks WordPress plugin, affecting versions through 2.2.89. The vulnerability was reported on August 19, 2024, by João Pedro S Alcântara and was assigned CVE-2024-47340. The issue was publicly disclosed on September 27, 2024 (Patchstack).

The vulnerability is classified as a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) issue, stemming from improper neutralization of input during web page generation. The vulnerability has been fixed in version 2.2.90 of the Post Grid and Gutenberg Blocks plugin. Users are advised to update to version 2.2.90 or later to remove the vulnerability (Patchstack).
