CVE-2024-5169: 
WordPress vulnerability analysis and mitigation

The Video Widget WordPress plugin through version 1.2.3 contains a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability. The vulnerability was discovered on June 5, 2024, and was assigned CVE-2024-5169. The issue affects the Video Widget plugin for WordPress installations, particularly impacting systems where high-privilege users such as administrators operate in environments where the unfiltered_html capability is disallowed, such as in multisite setups (WPScan).
