CVE-2025-31612: 
WordPress vulnerability analysis and mitigation

A critical Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability was discovered in Sabuj Kundu CBX Poll plugin affecting versions through 1.2.7. The vulnerability was disclosed on April 1, 2025, and assigned identifier CVE-2025-31612. This security flaw allows for Object Injection in the WordPress plugin CBX Poll (NVD, Patchstack).

The vulnerability has been assigned a CVSS v3.1 Base Score of 9.8 (CRITICAL) with the vector string CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H. The issue is classified under CWE-502 (Deserialization of Untrusted Data) and requires no authentication to exploit (NVD).
