CVE-2025-8080: 
WordPress vulnerability analysis and mitigation

The Alobaidi Captcha plugin for WordPress contains a Stored Cross-Site Scripting vulnerability (CVE-2025-8080) discovered and disclosed on August 15, 2025. This vulnerability affects all versions up to and including 1.0.3 of the plugin. The issue specifically impacts multi-site installations and installations where unfiltered_html has been disabled (NVD Database).

The vulnerability stems from insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the plugin settings.
