Challenge

After gaining visibility into cloud assets and security alerts, remediation efforts often slow down due to unclear or inconsistent ownership in dynamic cloud environments. Teams must manually determine who is responsible, what changes introduced the issue, and where remediation should be tracked, leading to longer MTTR, inefficient handoffs, and inconsistent execution against governance and SLA requirements.

Solution

The Precize–Wiz integration works alongside Wiz assets and issues to add continuously validated operational context across cloud, identity, and workflow systems. For example, for a Wiz issue on an AWS resource, Precize correlates the resource to relevant IaC/templates and repository signals in Git, maps the responsible engineer and team via identity providers (Okta/AD), and incorporates workflow context from connected systems such as ticketing/ITSM, CMDB, and change data.

Precize can then generate a Jira ticket with a full evidence trail and recommended remediation steps, assign it to the appropriate owner, and notify stakeholders through existing enterprise communication channels. This enables a consistent, auditable workflow that helps teams act on Wiz findings within their established processes.
