Official rules for Wiz LinkedIn sweepstakes
Welcome to the LinkedIn Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). These official Rules ("Rules") govern your participation in the Sweepstakes hosted by Wiz, Inc. whose principal place of business is at 395 9th Ave. One Manhattan West, 52nd Floor, New York, New York 10001-8600 ("Wiz"). By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to these Rules and to the final decisions of Wiz. Specific details for each Sweepstakes (including the entry period, how to enter, and prize descriptions) will be outlined in the corresponding LinkedIn post announcing the Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes Post").
The Sweepstakes is open exclusively to individuals who meet the criteria and age requirements specified in the Sweepstakes Post (or are at least 18 years old if not specified), except for residents of the Excluded Jurisdictions listed below or in the Sweepstakes Post. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Government officials and public-sector employees are not eligible. Wiz may disqualify any entrant if awarding a prize would violate applicable law, the entrant's employer policies, or Wiz policies. Note: Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with their own employer's internal gift and ethics policies.
Excluded Jurisdictions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, China, Italy, Brazil, Mexico, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Sweden, India, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Colombia, the province of Quebec (Canada), and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
The Sweepstakes begins and ends on the exact dates and times detailed in the Sweepstakes Post (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
No purchase or payment of any kind, including a paid LinkedIn subscription, is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your odds of winning. To enter, complete the required action(s) as described in the Sweepstakes Post during the Entry Period. Limit of one (1) entry per Participant during the Entry Period, unless the Giveaway Post expressly states otherwise. Any attempt by a Participant to obtain more than the permitted number of entries by using multiple accounts, identities, registrations, logins, or any other method designed to circumvent the entry limits may void that Participant's entries and result in disqualification. Use of any automated system, bot, script, or other automated means to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
The number of winners and the exact prize description will be stated in the Sweepstakes Post.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Up to $75.
Conditions: Prizes are non-transferable. No cash or other substitution of the prize is permitted, except at the sole option of Wiz for a prize of equal or greater value.
Taxes: Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and costs, associated with prize acceptance and use.
Unless otherwise described in the Sweepstakes Post, winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner(s) will be notified via LinkedIn (e.g., via direct message or tagged comment) within 48 hours of the Sweepstakes' End Date, or as otherwise specified in the Sweepstakes Post. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within the specified claim period, or is disqualified for any reason, Wiz will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected from among all remaining eligible entries.
Before a prize is awarded, a potential winner may be required to verify that they meet the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 1.
Winners' List: Where required by applicable law and upon valid request, Wiz may disclose limited information about prize winners (e.g., winner's surname and county/region). Participants may object to the disclosure of their information or request reduced disclosure by contacting omer.mosheiov@wiz.io prior to the Sweepstakes End Date. Wiz may still be required to provide winner information to regulatory authorities upon request.
Where permitted by applicable law, Participants may request a copy of the winners' list by emailing omer.mosheiov@wiz.io with the subject line "Winners' List Request" and including the name of the Sweepstakes within 30 days following the end of the Sweepstakes.
By entering the Sweepstakes, Wiz may receive entry information directly from you via your LinkedIn profile or entry submission. Wiz will use this information to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, contact potential winners, award prizes, and comply with legal obligations. If you explicitly opt-in to receive marketing communications from Wiz at the time of entry, your data will also be used for marketing purposes. You may withdraw your consent for marketing at any time. All personal data is processed in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
Wiz reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Wiz's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Wiz in its sole discretion.
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Wiz, its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, and agents from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize to the fullest extent permitted by law. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn.
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All disputes arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, and exclusively by the competent courts of New York, New York.
