Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy consulting, chief of staff, or program management in a high-growth technology or cloud organization.
  • Experience managing executive-level communications, operational frameworks (e.g., OKRs), and complex stakeholder alignment across technical and business functions.
  • Experience managing operational budgets, vendor procurement, and resource planning.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree, MBA, or advanced technical degree.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS, including post-merger integration (M&A) or joint business initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to operationalize and drive adoption of AI/ML tools to boost organizational velocity.
  • Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and influencing cross-functional leaders without formal authority.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with extensive experience presenting to C-level executives.

 

About the job

As Product Strategy & Operations Lead, you will serve as the strategic, operational, and managerial authority driving the Google Cloud Security product line and the integration of Wiz, ensuring synergy between the different teams, and broad alignment around the shared goals of the unified organization. Operating with broad independence, you will manage cross-functional operations, implement Wiz integration frameworks, set organizational policies, oversee finance and headcount allocations, handle strategic vendor management, craft executive communications, and lead global event portfolios. You will coordinate both Google Cloud Security product as well as Wiz Defend related aspects, including Wiz market expansion and partnerships. As part of this strategic role, you will work directly with senior leadership to design and achieve the core business goals and report them broadly within the company.

 

Responsibilities

  • Functional Governance: Direct the operational framework for Google Cloud Security Security products; working closely with finance, people partners, cross functional team and leadership to set the appropriate targets, ensure clarity around organization & smooth operations across the board. 
  • Financial Ownership & Budget Management: Direct the allocation, forecasting, and approval processes for project budgets, Travel & Entertainment (T&E), and events. Lead end to end the creation and approval process of vendor spend utilizing Google finance systems (Buying Hub, Concur, Sphinx, Legal, Finance).
  • Cross-Functional Operations: Lead and align operational initiatives across Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and People Operations to eliminate bottlenecks and streamline global workflows.
  • Executive Proxy Authority: Serve as an authoritative proxy for Head Of Cyber Defence Strategy in critical strategic and operational forums, exercising decision-making authority, resolving cross-team conflicts, and managing high-level escalations.
  • Executive Communications: Formulate, write, and execute top-level executive communications, strategic narratives, briefing materials, and presentations for internal leadership, global teams, and external stakeholders.
  • AI implementation and integration: Set and execute the organizational plan to further implement innovative AI technologies; Setting adoption targets, drive user training and results reporting and ensure business value and ROI for AI investments within the group.
  • Event & Delegation Management: Direct the end-to-end strategy, content, logistics, and execution for major leadership summits, executive visits, international delegations, offsites, and ecosystem events. 

 

Compensation + Benefits 

Compensation for this full-time position includes base salary + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.

US Base Pay Range
$155,000—$205,000 USD
