SUMMARY 

Wiz is looking for its Director of Marketing Operations to help drive our growth and lead our Marketing Operations team. You will lead the creation and improvement of marketing systems and processes and set the vision to build a world-class strategy and function. You’ll collaborate with all functions within Marketing (digital, field, analytics) and with our key stakeholders in Sales, Business Development, and Revenue Operations to drive revenue growth and ensure efficient workflows.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Define the vision and long-term roadmap for Marketing Operations at Wiz.
  • Lead the Marketing Operations team: act as a player-coach, getting your hands dirty, and developing talent by setting priorities, hiring, and coaching.
  • Work closely with all marketing functions to operationalize, automate, and optimize projects and campaigns.
  • Maintain and improve revenue-critical systems and infrastructure (scoring, routing, enrichment, SLA tracking, funnel metrics reporting).
  • Database optimization: assist with and provide insights to optimize our database (including new data sources, enrichment, deduplication, data hygiene, and segmentation) across our different systems (CRM, Marketing Automation).
  • Marketing Technology Infrastructure: Own the marketing technology infrastructure, collaborating with IT, Revenue Operations, Finance, and other functions as needed.  

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation roles. 
  • Deep understanding of marketing technology (Marketo, Salesforce, Bizible preferred) and marketing and sales processes. 
  • Experience partnering with Business Development and Sales. 
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. 
  • You can create a vision for your team and motivate individuals to innovate and push new boundaries in Marketing Operations.
