SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Technical Business Program Manager to join us spread the power of Wiz, someone deeply technical with a passion for working closely with customers and helping them become more engaged with the product. 

This role is business-oriented, which means you'll be dealing with business development aspects and, in some ways, be the product team's liaison with the market.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Present and demo the product, including new features
  • Explore and troubleshoot complex customer issues and queries
  • Work closely with customers during pre and some post-sales processes
  • Collaborate with various departments (PMs, Sales, R&D) to resolve issues and escalation cases, as well as product updates

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) security hands-on experience
  • Kubernetes experience
  • Network engineering experience
  • Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and scripting
  • Understanding of cloud identity, access, certificates, and keys
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, virtual machines, and containers
  • Experience working with customers
  • English fluency (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of risk-based security assessments and frameworks – an advantage
