We're looking for a Program Manager, Enablement Learning Experience, to join us in spreading the power of Wiz. In this role, you will report to the Head of Strategy & Growth and work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on teaching salespeople, customers, and partners the magic of Wiz. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the operational infrastructure needed to scale various training and enablement programs, including the tools, content, and processes. 


  • Program Development and Implementation: Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive learning programs that align with organizational objectives and meet the needs of learners – customers, partners, and GTM team members. This includes curriculum development, content creation, and the use of learning technologies. 
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of learning projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, instructional designers, and technical developers. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify learning needs and ensure the learning programs align with business goals and objectives. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback and adjust learning initiatives. 
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and use data to make informed decisions for continuous improvement. Monitor trends in educational technologies and methodologies to keep learning programs innovative and effective. 
  • Instructional Design: Apply instructional design practices to create engaging and effective learning experiences. This involves conducting needs assessments, defining learning objectives, and selecting appropriate instructional strategies. 
  • Learning Management System: Assist with the selection, deployment, and integration of a Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS) to support the delivery of learning programs. This includes working with IT and vendors to ensure systems meet instructional and technical requirements. 
  • Content Strategy and Management: Develop and implement a content strategy that ensures the LMS and CMS are populated with high-quality, relevant, and up-to-date learning materials. Oversee the creation, curation, and maintenance of content within these systems. 


  • 5+ years of relevant experience in training and enablement 
  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, organizational development, or a related field. 
  • Experience working with SaaS companies and/or management consulting. 
  • Strong business acumen and intuition are needed for proactive partnerships with stakeholders across the company. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines. 
  • Proven track record of managing successful learning experience projects. 
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and familiarity with various educational technologies. 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
