We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pricing Lead to join our team. The Pricing Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing pricing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive profitability. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. This role reports to Manager, Cloud FinOps. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Drives the development and implementation of our SaaS pricing strategy, maximizing revenue, growth, and customer value. 
  • Conducts competitive analysis, researches customer needs, and designs packages to optimize business goals. 
  • Professional focal point for deal desk escalations. 
  • Conduct pricing research and analysis to identify pricing opportunities and risks. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Development, to align pricing strategies with business goals. 
  • Lead pricing negotiations with key customers and partners. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 
  • 4+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or related roles. 
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. 
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 
  • Proficiency in pricing software and ERP systems preferred.
