As a Delivery Manager for the Advanced Services organization, you will be at the center of customer adoption and services delivery to assist customers accelerate the adoption of the Wiz platform.  You will manage a group of Advanced Delivery Architects and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Services PMO, Enablement, and RevOps teams to manage the success of the team members and business.  You will be part of the services leadership team and build the solid foundation of for services at Wiz.

What You'll Do (responsibilities)

  • Lead a group of Advanced Delivery Architects
  • Work cross-functionally with other Delivery Managers to assign personnel to customer engagements
  • Create skills development and growth plans for team members
  • Accurately manage and report on personnel and team metrics
  • Be a member of the Advanced Services Leadership team providing vital feedback and thought process to accelerate customer success
  • Escalation point of Advanced Services projects working with the PMO
  • Present to current or potential customers on the Services Portfolio
  • Assist in the creation of sales enablement content related to the services portfolio and positioning

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in services delivery and people management
  • 2+ years in the security software or SaaS industry
  • Expertise running and leading a group of highly skilled engineers/architects
  • Background in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
  • Ability to communicate effectively to customer stakeholders
  • Expertise related to Services Delivery in customer environments from pre-sales positioning to project close-out
  • Ability to be creative and work outside the box

  • Services portfolio development expertise
  • Cloud provider practitioner/associate-level certification
  • P&L management expertise
