Wiz is looking for a Senior Global Strategic Partner Manager specializing in technology partners. You will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strategic partnerships with leading systems integration firms. Your primary objective will be to develop collaborative relationships that drive mutual business growth, enhance market presence, and deliver comprehensive security solutions to our customers. By leveraging your expertise in partnership management and your deep understanding of cybersecurity, you will contribute to the expansion of our market reach and the advancement of our strategic objectives.

Reporting to the RVP of Strategic Partners, success will be accomplished by delivering innovative programs with our strategic technology partners. These programs will be integrated with our broader ecosystem.


  1. Partnership Development: Identify, assess, and prioritize potential systems integrator partners based on strategic alignment, market influence, and complementary capabilities. Develop tailored partnership strategies to establish mutually beneficial collaborations aimed at delivering comprehensive security solutions to customers.
  2. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including executive leadership, sales teams, and technical experts. Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, fostering open communication channels, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  3. Collaborative Solution Design: Work closely with partner organizations to co-create innovative security solutions that address the unique needs and challenges of customers across various industries. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between internal teams and partner resources to deliver integrated solutions that enhance security posture and mitigate risk.
  4. Market Expansion: Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with systems integrator partners to expand market reach and increase brand awareness. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted campaigns, promotional activities, and thought leadership content that effectively position our solutions within the partner ecosystem.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of partnership initiatives. Analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic adjustments to optimize partnership outcomes and drive continuous growth.
  6. Industry Engagement: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes within the cybersecurity and systems integration sectors. Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build industry relationships, gather market intelligence, and identify emerging partnership opportunities.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in strategic partnership management, preferably within the cybersecurity, IT, or systems integration industries.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic partnership plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
