SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a Named Partner Manager to join us in spreading the power of Wiz, leading a number of our strategic partnerships across the EMEA and LATAM theatres.

In this role, you will report to the Area Vice President of Channels & Alliances, and work alongside a team of Wizards that focus on how we can build scalable routes to market with these exciting and strategically important partners to reach customers and solve their cloud security challenges.

You will help us design, build, and implement a successful channel strategy. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Design, build and deliver Wiz’s go to market agenda for a defined set of strategically important partners across EMEA and LATAM.  This will include owning the relationships for these partners at both a regional level and at their headquarters.   
  • Accountable for executing this plan at both a regional level and global level.  
  • Outline the key enablement activities required for these partners to be able to grow at scale with Wiz over a multi-year period and support building those activities into the partnerships. 
  • Lead the internal enablement for our Wizards and all internal functions to ensure both the partners and Wiz’s priorities are met.  
  • Focus on the build and early-stage growth of these partnerships, driving account mapping activities, enablement activities, champion building activities to achieve your jointly agreed short term business objectives. 
  • Share your best practices with our Wizards and specialist teams and ensure great communication on your plan with both your partners and the internal teams. 
  • Be the go-to contact for any partner support needs. 
  • Take responsibility and accountability for the partners and their customers and own escalations through to resolution.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • You know how to find the right approach for the right opportunity and know how to build long term, strategically important, go to market businesses. 
  • Minimum 5 years of SaaS Channel Experience with large EMEA and LATAM HQ’d Cyber Security practices. 
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding targets.  
  • Cloud Service Provider Marketplace experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc) and experience of building co-sell motions with these CSPs and the partners. 
  • Deep analytical and problem-solving abilities.  
  • Proven and tested ability to work cross-functionally with other departments such as Legal, Operations and Technical teams to achieve comprehensive coverage for your business.  
  • Adaptability: Quick to adapt to new methodologies to keep the organization secure in an ever-changing threat landscape.  
  • Ability to effectively communicate technology and cybersecurity strategy and plans with recommendations to executives.
