SUMMARY
We’re looking for a CxO Programs Specialist to join our growing CxO Programs team. Reporting to the Manager, CxO Programs, this role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-touch executive initiatives—ranging from 1:1 engagements to curated roundtables, VIP experiences, and strategic events.
You’ll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Wiz leadership to create meaningful and memorable interactions with our most senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a nimble, proactive self-starter with a customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Onsite Support: Ensure a flawless onsite experience for our customers and prospects for onsite engagements: executive briefings at Wiz offices, executive meetings at events and on the road, and VIP engagements including dinners and roundtables
- Spearhead onsite experiential elements including, but not limited to: room readiness, swag, pre-registration for check-in, catering, follow-up surveys, restaurant reservations, and special requests
- Qualify requests, communicate with support staff/points of contact, and track follow-up
- Maintain Executive Bio repository and establish a refresh cadence
- Operations: Manage data input and tracking to promote clean data for accurate reporting.
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, CMS), and workflow/project management tools (e.g., Airtable). Ability to track and analyze campaign performance data.
- Log logistics, expenses & budget, internal and external attendees, discussion leaders, and session topics
- Organize and maintain cloud folder structure, templates, documentation, onboarding materials
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 2-4 years of experience working in customer-facing role in customer marketing, executive programs, strategic events, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong team player with attention to detail, exceptional organization, and project management skills
- Comfortable interacting with VP and C-level audiences; confident communicator with a high level of professionalism and polish
- Enthusiasm for customer service and creating remarkable customer experiences
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure the success of both physical and virtual events.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Demonstrated experience working closely and successfully with customers and executives
- Comfortable working in a hyper-growth environment

Compensation
Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.
