Our Go-To-Market (GTM) Analytics team plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across our organization. As Wiz continues to scale at an extraordinary rate, the need for actionable insights and data-driven strategies has never been greater. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the GTM Analytics team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, GTM Analytics, the Senior GTM Data Analyst will act as a dedicated analytics business partner—owning core models, dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, and insights that help drive execution and strategic priorities forward. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior and executive stakeholders to surface the data they need to make smarter, faster, and more strategic decisions.
LOCATION: We are focusing on candidates who are NYC based
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as the primary analytics partner, working closely with leadership to shape business questions, define requirements, and provide insights that influence strategic and operational decisions.
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and self-service reporting that give stakeholders fast, accurate visibility into performance and trends.
- Own and improve core data pipelines, using dbt to develop well-structured, reliable, and scalable datasets that power GTM analytics.
- Partner with IT and BI teams to strengthen data infrastructure, ensuring high data quality, accessibility, and consistency across systems.
- Drive alignment on standardized metrics, definitions, and methodologies across Operations, Business, and Finance to ensure cohesive reporting and decision-making.
- Conduct advanced analytical work—including statistical analysis, regressions, and exploratory deep dives—to surface insights and recommend clear, data-backed actions.
- Represent Analytics in cross-functional initiatives, advocating for scalable, data-informed solutions that support evolving business needs.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 3–4+ years of experience in analytics, data operations, consulting, or a similar data-focused role.
- Strong ability to communicate complex analyses to senior leaders, distilling technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Deep passion for data-driven problem-solving, with advanced SQL proficiency and interest in expanding your skillset in Python and modern analytical modeling.
- Proven experience designing and building scalable data pipelines, analytical models, dashboards, and visualizations that support fast-growing organizations.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or Looker is a plus—but the ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to evolving data environments is essential.
If you don’t meet every single qualification but believe you’d be a strong fit for this role, we encourage you to apply. We value potential, curiosity, and a growth mindset just as much as experience.
