Summary
We are looking for a highly strategic and results-driven Senior Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead the scaling of two flagship products, Wiz Code (Application Security Posture Management - ASPM) and Wiz Defend (Cloud Detection and Response). This integrated role requires deep expertise across both Paid Search and Paid Social, with a proven ability to segment, target, and convert highly technical B2B audiences (Application Security, Engineering, and Security Operations). You’ll be responsible for driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact by managing budgets with precision, optimizing for performance, and pushing innovation through experimentation and AI-powered insights. This role is perfect for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of analytics, creativity, and technology, with a deep understanding of the security market.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Ownership & Scaling

  • Own and Scale North America's integrated paid media strategy across all major platforms, including Paid Search (Google, Microsoft, YouTube) and Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, X, Quora), with a focus on pipeline generation and maximizing ROAS.
  • Manage and optimize substantial budgets, demonstrating a track record of scaling monthly ad spend while maintaining capital efficiency.
  • Develop persona-specific strategies to effectively target and engage two distinct buyers: Application Security/Engineering for Wiz Code and Security Operations for Wiz Defend.

Execution, Optimization, and Innovation

  • Architect, manage, and optimize campaigns from initial launch through continuous, scaled growth across all channels and platforms.
  • Develop strategic audience segments for Paid Social, leveraging platform-specific tools and first-party data to precisely target high-value B2B prospects.
  • Build and maintain an aggressive experimentation roadmap to continuously test targeting, creative angles, ad copy, and messaging alignment for both product lines.
  • Implement AI-driven workflows to improve ad copy performance, automate budget allocation, prioritize high-quality leads, and personalize landing page experiences at scale.

Collaboration & Insights

  • Analyze and present complex performance data to leadership, translating findings into actionable strategies and influencing future marketing investment decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing (PMM), Brand, Creative, Campaigns, ABM, CRO, and SEO teams to ensure message consistency, drive keyword alignment, and synchronize campaign timing across the funnel.
  • Stay ahead of the evolving ad landscape, proactively adapting strategy to address major trends, including new AI-driven ad formats and platform privacy changes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Dual-Channel Expertise: Proven, hands-on expertise in successfully scaling high-growth B2B campaigns across both Paid Search (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, X, Quora).
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the cybersecurity or B2B SaaS space with a deep understanding of security buyer personas, the market, and technical products.
  • A Data-Driven Mindset: Highly comfortable analyzing large, complex data sets, building dashboards, and translating raw performance metrics into strategic narratives.
  • AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience leveraging modern AI tools for creative generation, performance optimization, and workflow automation.
  • Results Orientation: Track record of driving tangible business outcomes rather than vanity metrics.
  • Communication & Drive: Excellent communication skills to convey complex strategies clearly and persuasively, coupled with a self-starter attitude built to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Compensation 

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. 

This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation. 

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. 

US Base Pay Range
$150,000$206,500 USD
