SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Field Operations Analyst to support our U.S. Public Sector business (Federal, SLED, and DIB). This role will be instrumental in driving operational rigor, forecasting accuracy, and scalable growth across a complex and rapidly evolving go-to-market environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong sales operations experience, a deep understanding of forecasting and pipeline management, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to support mission-critical Public Sector initiatives. This individual will operate as a key business partner to Sales leadership and help drive day-to-day operational cadence.

This role reports to the Manager of Public Sector Field Operations.

LOCATION

Remote – United States (Public Sector–aligned time zones preferred)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive Public Sector business cadence: Partner with Federal and SLED Sales leadership to support forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking
  • Forecasting & pipeline rigor: Improve forecast accuracy and pipeline quality across long-cycle, compliance-driven deals (FedRAMP, CMMC, IL4/IL5)
  • Operational analytics: Analyze pipeline, bookings, and conversion trends to identify risks and growth opportunities across Public Sector segments
  • Salesforce ownership: Maintain data integrity and hygiene within SFDC, ensuring accurate reporting across complex account structures (agencies, primes, DIB)
  • KPI & dashboard development: Partner with GTM Analytics to build reporting for pipeline health, coverage ratios, and segment performance
  • Cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with Deal Desk, Finance, Marketing, Enablement, and Legal to support deal execution and compliance-driven sales motions
  • Annual planning support: Contribute to territory design, account segmentation (Federal, SLED, DIB), headcount planning, and quota setting
  • Continuous improvement: Identify and implement process improvements tailored to Public Sector sales cycles and procurement dynamics

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 6+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Field Operations (Public Sector experience strongly preferred)
  • Understanding of Federal and/or SLED sales motions, including long sales cycles and regulated environments
  • Strong grasp of forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM processes
  • Experience supporting quota planning, territory alignment, or account segmentation
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Excel (reporting, dashboards, data analysis)
  • Ability to interpret and apply GTM policies, deal structures, and sales processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communicator with experience partnering across Sales, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience supporting Federal programs (FedRAMP, CMMC, DoD, IC, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Public Sector account structures (agencies, integrators, DIB)
  • Experience working in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments

Compensation 

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. 

This role may also include incentive compensation. 

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. 

US Base Pay Range
$120,000$165,000 USD
