Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years supporting business operations, professional services, or revenue streams for Public Sector (FED/SLED) accounts/clients.
  • An understanding of common sales processes, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce), sales automation tools, and analytics platforms.

About the job
We are seeking a talented and experienced Public Sector Operations Manager to lead our Revenue Operations business across the Public Sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with sales leadership, product management, pricing and FP&A overseeing and optimizing public sector operations processes, driving efficiency, and supporting the achievement of sales targets. This role requires a curious and innovative thinker, with a deep understanding of the Public Sector market, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.

The role will report to the Leader of Global Field Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of field operations strategies and initiatives to support the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth objectives in Public Sector.
  • Drive key initiatives to fully operationalize the PubSec go-to-market motions including but not limited to route to market motions & contracts, GSA pricing schedules, ensuring inclusion on all Federal and state contract vehicles, Fedramp authorization & DOD Impact Level compliance/certification, and all necessary business system needs aligned to Public Sector unique requirements.
  • Oversee and optimize PubSec field operations processes, including but not limited to operational cadence, pipeline management, annual planning, and sales compensation.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define sales territories, quotas, and goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to sales leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with GTM Analytics teams in the creation and maintenance of sales sales performance metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on performance to senior management.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to finance, enablement, marketing, product management, product marketing and HR to ensure alignment and collaboration on revenue operations initiatives and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance revenue efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to revenue operations, and make recommendations for innovation and optimization.

Compensation + Benefits 

Compensation for this full-time position includes base salary + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US Base Pay Range
$186,000$265,833 USD
