About the job

As a Partner Sales Account Manager focused on Private Equity, you will drive adoption of our integrated security platform across the portfolios of some of the world’s leading Private Equity firms. You will act as both a strategic business developer and trusted partner, working closely with PE firm CISOs, Operating Partners, Value Creation teams, and portfolio company executives to identify opportunities and drive new business.

You will execute a high-velocity commercial motion by mapping portfolio companies, identifying security needs, and positioning our platform around business value and valuation protection. Rather than relying on traditional overlay models, you will take an execution-oriented approach to turning Private Equity relationships and portfolio intelligence into actionable pipeline and revenue opportunities.

You will work alongside a team of Wizards focused on helping Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies reduce security risk, modernize their cloud environments, and prepare for critical business milestones, including acquisitions and exits.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans across Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies to drive pipeline and new business.

  • Partner with PE firm CISOs, Operating Partners, and Value Creation teams to map portfolio assets, identify opportunities, and prioritize target accounts.

  • Build relationships with portfolio company executives, including CEOs, CFOs, and CISOs, positioning security as a business and valuation priority rather than solely a technical investment.

  • Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate how modern cloud and AI security can reduce risk, protect enterprise value, and support successful transactions and exits.

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Development, Marketing Operations, Regional Sales, and Partner teams to translate Private Equity intelligence into targeted sales motions.

  • Drive high-velocity outbound and portfolio penetration strategies to land and expand across individual Private Equity fund ecosystems.

  • Partner with portfolio companies to identify security gaps and technical debt and position our agentless, multi-cloud security platform to support audit and exit readiness.

  • Maintain rigorous visibility into portfolio health, pipeline progression, and value creation opportunities, providing clear updates to internal leadership and Private Equity stakeholders.
