Conference
TwoHundred Group CISO Roundtable Netherlands
In today’s rapidly evolving threat landscape, modern security culture is no longer about strict rules and fear-based compliance. It’s about building a collaborative environment where employees see themselves not as the weakest link, but as vital defenders. This session focuses on creating a culture where security is intuitive, integrated, and empowering—turning InfoSec from the department of “no” into a team of trusted advisors.
This provides you with an opportunity to engage with CISO’s, top cybersecurity leaders and peers to explore building a modern security culture. With insights our keynote speaker from Trivium Packaging, we aim to unpack this issue collectively, focusing on experience driven and actionable insights.
Agenda of the Day:

Kick off the evening by informally networking with fellow executives over refreshments in a relaxed setting.

18.15 - 19:15: Roundtable discussed moderated by Roel Schouten, VP Information Security at Trivium Packaging: Building Modern Security Culture
To set the tone for the evening, Roel will address the topic from the lens of Trivium Packaging and as well provide a broader perspective, including the following elements:
• Shift the mindset. Build trust by acting as advisors rather than enforcers.
• Make Secure Behavior Effortless – Design processes so that the secure path is also the easiest and most intuitive for users.
• Drop Outdated Advice – Avoid cluttering communication with obsolete rules—focus on what matters today.
• Use Technical Enforcement Where Possible – Minimize user burden by enforcing security through technical controls, not manual effort
