SQLite vulnerability analysis and mitigation

CVE-2020-13630 affects SQLite versions before 3.32.0. The vulnerability is a use-after-free bug in the fts3EvalNextRow function within ext/fts3/fts3.c, related to the snippet feature (SQLite Source, CVE Mitre).

The vulnerability exists in the FTS3 extension module of SQLite, specifically in the fts3EvalNextRow function. It is a use-after-free memory corruption issue that occurs when processing certain FTS3 queries related to the snippet feature.
