The vulnerability stems from a failure to validate the size of the read buffer during memcpy() operations inside the main() function. The vulnerable code section involves the line memcpy(parts[i].Data, base64data + 0xCC, parts[i].BlocksRunCount * 0x28), where an attacker can control the size of the memcpy() operation through the parts[i].BlocksRunCount parameter (Bugzilla Report).
