NixOS vulnerability analysis and mitigation

CVE-2021-39619 is a security vulnerability discovered in Android versions 11 and 12, specifically in the updatePackageMappingsData function of UsageStatsService.java. The vulnerability was disclosed in February 2022 and allows attackers to bypass security and privacy settings of app usage (Android Bulletin).

The vulnerability exists due to an unusual root cause in the UsageStatsService.java component, specifically in the updatePackageMappingsData function.
