Xcode vulnerability analysis and mitigation

CVE-2023-40391 is a security vulnerability affecting Apple's GPU Drivers in multiple operating systems including tvOS 17, iOS 17 and iPadOS 17, macOS Sonoma 14, and Xcode 15.
