The vulnerability involves the exposure of a channel access token that allows attackers to send crafted malicious notifications. The issue specifically impacts the Line application version 13.6.1 and its sanTas mini-app component (NVD).

The issue stems from the exposure of the channel access token in the response of the request to 'www.l-members.me/miniapp/members_card'. The vulnerability allows attackers to obtain the channel access token, which can be exploited to broadcast malicious messages to any sanTas mini-app user.
