A Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability was discovered in Grocy version 4.0.3 and earlier, affecting the recipe preparation component within /api/objects/recipes and note component within /api/objects/shopping_lists/. The vulnerability exists in the shopping list component of Grocy where malicious scripts can be injected through notes.
