NixOS vulnerability analysis and mitigation

CVE-2024-0034 is a vulnerability discovered in Android's BackgroundLaunchProcessController component that affects Android versions 11.0 through 13.0. The vulnerability allows for launching arbitrary activity from the background due to BAL (Background Activity Launch) Bypass. This security issue was disclosed and patched in the February 2024 Android Security Bulletin (Android Security Bulletin).

The vulnerability exists in the BackgroundLaunchProcessController component of Android's framework base. It enables a potential way to launch arbitrary activities from the background by bypassing the BAL (Background Activity Launch) controls.
