CVE-2024-43151: 
WordPress vulnerability analysis and mitigation

A Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability was discovered in Brainstorm Force's Ultimate Addons for Beaver Builder – Lite plugin affecting versions up to 1.5.9. The vulnerability was reported on February 29, 2024, and publicly disclosed on August 7, 2024. This security issue allows for Stored XSS attacks and requires contributor-level privileges to exploit (Patchstack).

The vulnerability is classified as an Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation (CWE-79) issue. The vulnerability could allow malicious actors to inject malicious scripts, including redirects, advertisements, and other HTML payloads into the website. These injected scripts would be executed when guests visit the affected site (Patchstack).

The vulnerability has been fixed in version 1.5.10 of the Ultimate Addons for Beaver Builder – Lite plugin. Users are advised to update to version 1.5.10 or later to remove the vulnerability (Patchstack).
