CVE-2024-43993: 
WordPress vulnerability analysis and mitigation

The vulnerability was discovered by researcher stealthcopter and was disclosed on August 29, 2024, receiving the identifier CVE-2024-43993 (Patchstack).

The vulnerability is classified as an Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation (Cross-site Scripting) issue, categorized under CWE-79.
