CVE-2020-14167: 
JIRA vulnerability analysis and mitigation

The MessageBundleResource resource in Jira Server and Data Center versions before 7.13.4, from 8.5.0 before 8.5.5, from 8.8.0 before 8.8.2, and from 8.9.0 before 8.9.1 contained a Denial of Service (DoS) vulnerability. The vulnerability was discovered and reported on June 16, 2020, and affected multiple versions of Atlassian's Jira product line (CVE Details, Atlassian Issue).

The vulnerability exists in the MessageBundleResource component of Jira Server and Data Center, which could be exploited by remote attackers to impact the application's availability. The issue was classified as a Denial of Service vulnerability, affecting the system's availability (CVE Details).
