WordPress vulnerability analysis and mitigation

The vulnerability is classified as an SQL injection (SQLi) with a CVSS score of 6.8 (medium severity). The issue stems from improper sanitization and escaping of a parameter before its use in SQL statements. This vulnerability is categorized under OWASP Top 10 A1: Injection and CWE-89.
