CVE-2024-31929: 
WordPress vulnerability analysis and mitigation

A Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability has been identified in Polevaultweb Intagrate Lite plugin versions through 1.3.7. The vulnerability was discovered by Joshua Chan and was assigned CVE-2024-31929. This security issue affects the WordPress plugin Intagrate Lite and was publicly disclosed on April 10, 2024 (Patchstack).

The vulnerability has been assigned a CVSS v3.1 base score of 5.9 (Medium) with the following vector string: CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:H/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:L/A:L. The issue is classified as CWE-79: Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') (NVD).

This vulnerability could allow a malicious actor to inject malicious scripts, such as redirects, advertisements, and other HTML payloads into the website which will be executed when guests visit the site (Patchstack).

The vulnerability has been patched in version 1.3.8 of the Intagrate Lite plugin. Users are advised to update to version 1.3.8 or later to remove the vulnerability (Patchstack).
