Oracle Peoplesoft Enterprise Peopletools vulnerability analysis and mitigation

CVE-2026-83019 is an improper access control vulnerability in the SQR component of Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools, affecting versions 8.61 through 8.63. It allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to gain unauthorized access to critical data or cause a complete denial of service.
